Over the past 27 years Linton has forged an impeccable reputation for client service and delivering results in finding the right senior talent for his clients nationally. He has a real heart for people and recognises the incredible value of relationships.
Linton started out his executive search career in 1992 with International Executive Search Firm-Drake International, before he went on and established his own Executive search and recruitment firm, Eagle Consulting International in 1996. During the next period of 8 years he worked with many of Australia’s leading Blue-chip organisations as well as many fast-growing SME’s.
Then in the middle of the GFC in 2008 he established a new brand for the recruitment of senior executives into the not-for-profit sector nationally, Eagle HR Consulting. Linton works closely with many of Australia’s leading not-for-profit organisations today, as well as many other reputable National organisations, recruiting Senior Managers, General Managers, Directors and C-Level roles. He also helps organisations with their Board appointments.
With his extensive experience in leadership, executive search and recruitment, combined with his heart for seeing people reach their full potential, Linton brings something unique to the executive search industry. His interests include property development, AFL, public speaking, family, mentoring others and supporting many charities around the nation.
